Our History
In 1980, our laboratory was established in Shoreline, Washington. While working with the restorative dentists around the Puget Sound area, Phoenix Dental Laboratory developed an extremely high-quality sense of craftsmanship, which exists to this day. Over time, we grew to be the largest dental laboratory in Shoreline, Washington.
As the laboratory grew, Phoenix began introducing high-quality restorations throughout Washington. With an ecosystem enhance innovative manufacturing system, growth began to
surpass larger labs, without us losing control over our excellent workmanship. In 2012, we hired an established technology company in Germany to build our own ecosystem. In 2013, the lab
moved to a much larger facility in Mountlake Terrace.
Phoenix also goes the extra mile to log and track the serial numbers of the raw materials that we use in our products for five years. This practice is not mandated in the U.S. market, and just like many pharmaceuticals, we use this system as we care about the quality of our products and services to offer this extra level of assurance.
Since Phoenix’s new facility in Mountlake Terrace was completed in September of 2013, it has been the largest dental laboratory in the area, with a capacity of 5,000 square feet and a state-of-the-art laboratory equipped with the best dental technology in the northern hemisphere.
